Lynch got the itch for country music as a young farmboy from his father, Woody Lynch, who taught him how to pick a guitar, sing and appreciate a good country music audience at a very young age. That influence is still evident today as he plays and sings the songs that his Daddy taught him years ago. Richard enjoys and performs tunes from the early western swing sound to cowboy songs of yesterday, from rockabilly to hard driving honky-tonk and outlaw country.
